Room Design
This will include a mood board with recommendations for wall, floor and ceiling finishes, furniture styles, lighting, Audio Visual, artwork styles and plants. For smaller rooms prices start at £400 to £1600 for larger spaces.
Room & Project Design
As well as the mood boards for each room I will create the plan for you that means minimal disruption when it comes to implementation. This includes detailed plans documenting the full schedule of work for your team or mine to implement the vision with precision.
I will come and meet the project manager and ensure there’s no question left unanswered. £1000+ depending on scale and complexity.
This includes suppliers for every detail and square inch of the space, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed from the moment the paint tin is open.
Project Management
I take the stress away and project manage every step of the way, ensuring the timeline works for you, trades are coordinated, deliveries arrive on time and the correct paint is going on the correct walls.
£500 – £2000 per month depending on complexity. This includes at least one site visit per week.
Site Visit & Hourly Rate
If you’re just in need of a critical friend when it comes to the endless list of choices, let’s get those decisions made together. If you have a small job that you need done with care and attention I am also happy to take on cosmetic building work, painting, wallpapering, tiling & panelling. £50ph.
Site visits outside my 30 mile radius (North of Exeter or South of St Austell) are subject to a site visit charge starting at £100, depending on mileage.
I have a network of exceptional tradesmen who I can bring to complete your look. Prices vary depending on location.
Sourcing Art / Décor
I’m happy to ensure you’re getting the quality you expect, arrange shipping & help negotiate with the supplier if there are any issues. 10% down to 3% for large purchases. I know some amazing suppliers, artists and craftspeople, let me introduce you.
Purchasing Fee
Should you require me to purchase the items on your behalf 10% surcharge is added. Subject to terms and conditions.
3d Renderings and visuals
Starting at £250 per room depending on the number of perspectives and detail required.
Bespoke design
Looking for a unique piece of furniture, wall finish or cabinetry? £500 - £5000 depending on the item.
Lighting and AV design only
Would you like Alexa or Siri to look after your mood lighting and music? Starting at £400 depending on complexity.
